“Transitions” One of my favorite things to do with Partner Yoga and AcroYoga is linking poses together.
Two High! is an Acro Yoga sequence that includes the poses; bird, bow, shoulder stand, flag, two high and others. The sequence stars in L position and winds up in standing acrobatics. Kristen Sage Steadman is a Yoga Teacher and Author.
AcroYoga Corkscrew is a washing machine where the sequence can continuously repeat. The two main poses are folded leaf and star pose.
