Getting Comfortable With Two High


Two high is often taught as a prerequisite for skills like foot to hand and hand to hand. For us it is not a skill that has come easy. We excepted a challenge from Duo Die on Instagram to work hard to be able to feel comfortable in this pose. Here we layered several skills:

-two high from base starting on belly
-flyer, base and double squats
-box walks
-flyer, base and double jumps
-two high flyer stretch
-two high exit off the front by flyer laying back

Give each skill a try. Use spotting when trying new skills and tag us in your videos.
