Handstands and happiness
Handstands have strengthened my fingers, wrists, forearms, upper arms, shoulders, back, chest, core, butt legs and even ankles and toes. They have given me flexibility in my wrists, elbows, shoulders and rib cage. They have helped me to experience balance Ina while new way along with literally changing my perspective.
Why do I train them everyday? In general they change my mood for the better as in I am happier afterwards. They are a challenge that will never end. My goal for 2016 is to hold a two minute handstand. If you need a handstand training partner let me know.
