Seated Belly & Back Series

#RestoreNRenew Day 5 is Belly and Back I am a day late with this because I was trying to think of good non ball modifications. The top pose my hands are in fist. As I fold I breath into the compression allowing the belly to soften around the pressure. The bottom row I am massaging my back on a block.
