#RestoreNRenew Day 3 is Hips, back and shoulders Supported Supine Baddha Konasana. This is definitely an all in one pose. When teaching restorative yoga I rarely teach without some variation of this one. Without props this pose is fairly simple, bring the feet together, keep the knees wide and lay backwards. When adding props start with elevating the low back with a block, blanket or bolsters. Second prop the back in an at an angle to add even more comfort, this will also increase the shoulder stretch. Two additional items to try is placing a strap around the feet and low back holding the feet in tight towards the body as shown in this picture. Lastly (not shown here) place a block or blanket under the knees to decrease any tension in the legs. Enjoy this one and check in with the other hosts for additional tips and variations. See @treehouseohm for more details on this pose. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ To participate and be eligible for a prize: 1.
